Examination Guidelines for Students
To ensure that the examinations are conducted smoothly, fairly, and in a disciplined manner, all students are instructed to follow the guidelines given below:
- Report to the school and your classroom on time in complete and proper school uniform.
- Enter the classroom quietly and take your allotted seat without creating any disturbance.
- Maintain complete silence throughout the examination.
- Read the question paper carefully before attempting the answers.
- Write your name, roll number, and other required details carefully wherever instructed.
- Do not talk, whisper, exchange papers, borrow stationery, or use any kind of gestures or signals during the examination.
- Mobile phones, smart watches, notes, books, calculators (unless permitted), and all other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
- Any student found using unfair means or assisting others in cheating will face strict disciplinary action as per school rules.
- Raise your hand silently if you need any assistance from the teacher. Do not leave your seat without permission.
- Maintain cleanliness of the classroom and do not write anything on desks, walls, or school property.
- Ensure that all answer sheets and supplementary sheets are properly arranged and submitted to the teacher before leaving the classroom.
- Do not create noise in the corridors or outside the classrooms during or after the examination.
- Students are expected to display honesty, discipline, and good conduct throughout the examination.
Remember: Examinations are a test of your knowledge, honesty, and character. Follow all instructions sincerely and give your best.
